1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (www.ctrlfix.co) or any services provided by CtrlFix Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

CtrlFix Inc. provides professional IT services including but not limited to:

  • Remote and on-site technical support

  • Managed IT services (including Office 365, antivirus, and backup solutions)

  • Cybersecurity solutions (firewall, monitoring, and protection)

  • Smart home and small office automation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in disruptive behavior

  • Use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

4. Payment and Billing

All services are billed according to agreed terms at the time of engagement. Late payments may incur a 2% weekly late fee. Project-based invoices are due within 5 days of issue unless otherwise stated. Managed service subscriptions are billed monthly.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Clients must provide 30 days’ written notice for cancellation of ongoing managed services. CtrlFix Inc. reserves the right to terminate service for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, images, and service descriptions, are the property of CtrlFix Inc. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CtrlFix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
